has set a new standard in rigid thermal foil wrapping by bringing
on-line the finest rigid thermal foil facility in the United
States. Our facility houses the latest state-of-the-art computerized
technology available in the industry today, which includes
our RTF Burkle Press. This RTF press is one of the first to
operate without a bladder which minimizes imperfections and
distortions to the foil. The unique sealed vacuum chamber
allows us to wrap 5-piece constructed doors without compromising
the fine details. Our MDF2 doors and drawers are machined
from the highest quality "high" density fiberboard,
far exceeding the industry standard of "medium"
density fiberboard.
